⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Tommy Car Wash! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the whole process was quick and convenient. The wash did an excellent job, and I really appreciate the quality of service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Tommy Car Wash to anyone looking for a fast, reliable, and hassle-free car wash!

I have a membership at this car wash and use it faithfully. It definitely helps me out with having to clean my car daily having two toddlers. The staff is super friendly every visit especially Katherine! 10/10 recommend!

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This is, without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve dealt with. I bought my car ONE WEEK before coming here. It was practically brand new, and this was the first and only car wash it had been through. I left with a cracked taillight that was not there before. The manager, Alexus, filed a claim, only for me to receive an email claiming the damage was “pre-existing.” That’s laughable. My car was only a few days old and had zero damage before I trusted them with it. Instead of taking accountability, they chose to deny responsibility and leave their customer stuck with the bill. It’s disappointing to see a business that would rather protect itself than do the right thing. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else. I wouldn’t trust this place with a bicycle, let alone a car. Save yourself the frustration, the damage, and the headache.

Stopped by around 9:10 AM because Google shows the place as open, but it was closed when I arrived. A bit frustrating since people plan their time and errands around business hours. It would really help if the posted hours matched when the location is actually open. Accurate hours make a big difference for customers.

The good: Carson is insanely awesome at his job. Customer Service Superman fr. Andruw is another awesome crew member that is full of polite regard and smiles. I’ve 2 others there that are also great at their jobs - a slim Caucasian brunette (I describe because I was not able to get her name) and the manager (also couldn’t get his name - Andy maybe?) The customer service here at Tommy’s - the sheer patience level - is something I very much appreciate and enjoy. For just two examples - my account got messed up in the beginning as I used my husband‘s name and was in his truck when I came back with my car and my number it got all confused by me and Carson took the time at the window to untangle it so I could get through the wash and then met me on the other side of the vacuums to further untangle my husband‘s account. He was just so patient and kind. Another thing that happened was I used the molded mat washer for my molded mats and one got stuck. It was freezing that day and so windy and he has spent quite a bit of time getting that undone for me and noticed it wasn’t clean very well so he kept putting it through and getting it unstuck until it was clean and dry. He didn’t have to d
